Questions about the agency
- What kind of agency is Diqoded?
- A digital agency built around engineering. We design and build websites, e-commerce stores, custom web applications, and AI-driven automation for service businesses, and we maintain what we build.
- Who will we actually be talking to?
- The engineer responsible for your project — 10+ years in the field. There is no account manager relaying messages, and no handover to someone who was not part of the conversation.
- What technologies do you build with?
- React, Next.js, Nest, Laravel, Docker and AWS, with Stripe, Google, OpenAI and the WhatsApp Business API for payments, integrations and automation. The stack for your project is named in the quote.
- Do you work with clients outside Spain?
- Yes. We are based in Murcia, Spain and work remotely worldwide, across markets and time zones. Projects run in writing over WhatsApp and email, so distance changes nothing about how they are delivered.
- Who owns the work after launch?
- You do. Everything runs on your domain and your accounts, and you keep the code and the access. Support is optional, never a condition of keeping your own project running.
